How many should I take?

Adults - Take 1 capsule once a day, or as professionally prescribed. Take with food.
Warnings
- Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
- Not recommended for children under 18 years.
- Contains marine protein. Use caution with seafood allergy. Do not take whilst on Warfarin therapy without medical advice. If you have history of liver disease, talk to your health professional before use.
- This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 mcg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded.
- Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
